A perfect blend of your favorite grains. We recommend using 20% of your favorite blend flour to 80% whole wheat flour for a perfect loaf of bread. Each blend contains the following grains:
Conventional & Organic: Triticale Flakes are made from Triple Cleaned Triticale. The proportions of the natural constituents of Triticale remains unaltered.
All Montana Milling's grains are triple cleaned through state of the art cleaning equipment to ensure only the highest quality grains for our customers.
Grind to make your own whole wheat pasta flour or sift the whole grain pasta to give yourself a lighter, mellower tasting pasta with no preservatives.

Conventional & Organic: Oat Flakes are produced by flaking whole oat groats. Regualr Oat Flakes are usually .02 to .03 inches thick but can vary according to specifications. These oat flakes take longer to cook than quick oats.
